Urban Lifestyle Tour
Neighbourhoods, the past, the present, insiders, outsiders ... the real Berlin
As JFK famously said, ‘Ich bin ein Berliner!’ And that is exactly how you’ll feel after the Urban Lifestyle Tour, which lifts the lid on how Berliners live, work and play, and gives you an insight into how the city’s past impacts on its future. Your private lifestyle guide will introduce you to a whirlwind of discoveries and give you a wealth of history about the former workers’ quarter of boho-chic Prenzlauer Berg and historic Mitte that is now Berlin's hip fashion and design district.
You discover artistic subcultures and soak up the atmosphere that makes Berlin unique. We'll show you historical sites, funky boutiques, cool cafes, inspiring art galleries and graffiti, eye-catching people, hidden courtyards and underground shops beyond the tourist trail. Highlights include a visit to a legendary ballroom from the Roaring Twenties, historical Jewish sites, former factories, squats, historic monuments and buildings. Your insider guide will give you the low-down on the various happening neighbourhoods across the city to help you get the most out of your stay in this buzzing capital.
